We weren’t looking for six guitars that looked exactly alike—we chose tops with their own depth, movement, and personality. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eFinished in Faded Tobacco Sunburst, the quilted maple is paired with a super-lightweight mahogany body and all the details players expect from an R9: a Carmelita V1 neck profile, one-piece rosewood fingerboard, unpotted Alnico 3 Custombuckers, Historic Reissue hardware, and a gloss nitrocellulose lacquer finish. The pickguard is included in the case but left uninstalled, keeping the top fully visible.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eWe opened our doors in 1958, right at the beginning of the original Les Paul Burst era.
