Easy Listening Analog Amp Sim – EarthQuaker’s Biggest Hit, Now in a CHUCKSCLUSIVE Blue and Cream

Meet our Chucksclusive Edition of the Easy Listening: EarthQuaker’s Biggest Hit, Now in Blue & Cream

If you’ve been following the buzz around EarthQuaker Devices lately, you already know the Easy Listening Analog Amp Simulator has been everywhere. It’s one of their biggest pedals right now, and for good reason. It gives you the feel, response, and tone of a classic ’65 Deluxe in a tiny, no-nonsense box you can throw straight on your board or straight into an interface.

But today’s look comes with a twist:
Ours isn’t black and white. It’s blue and cream, and it’s a CHUCKSCLUSIVE.

We partnered with EarthQuaker to create a Chuck’s Blusive version of Easy Listening, only available at Chuck Levin’s Washington Music Center. You get the same analog circuitry and the same lush cabinet simulation, but everything is dressed up in a colorway that feels right at home in the Chuck’s universe.

Pick up one today, only at Chuck Levin's.

A Simple Rig That Sounds Huge

In the video, we kept things straightforward, very in the spirit of Easy Listening. The signal chain was:

  • Fender Chuck’s Blusive Stratocaster

  • ZOAR for gain

  • Aurelius for vibrato, chorus, and rotary

  • Dispatch Master for delay and reverb

  • Straight into Easy Listening, then directly into a Focusrite 18i20

No amp. No plugins. No IR loaders. Just a clean chain and the Easy Listening doing the heavy lifting.

What you hear is that classic Deluxe-style shimmer:
chime up top, a gentle mid scoop, and the natural push that makes clean and edge-of-breakup tones feel alive.

Why Players Are Hyped on This Pedal

EarthQuaker built Easy Listening to be, well, easy. There is only one knob: output volume. Everything else happens inside the all-analog circuit.

  • Analog cabinet simulation

  • 1 MΩ input impedance for pedal-friendly headroom

  • Class AB headphone driver

  • No menus, no latency, no IRs

  • Perfect for direct recording or silent practice

If you love pedals, this thing was made for front-of-chain, end-of-chain, or straight-to-interface tones. It is touch-sensitive enough that you can hear the difference between pickup types, small adjustments in muting, and even changes in your pick attack.

It reacts like an amp because it feels like an amp. Just without needing an actual amp.

A Player's Take: It Just Gets You Playing

There is no setup to worry about. No scrolling through menus. No strange digital artifacts. You dial in your rig, kick on Easy Listening, and suddenly you have a headphone-friendly or interface-ready version of your favorite classic amp.

If you have ever used a modeler or an all-in-one digital board, this feels like the refreshing analog version of going direct.

Final Thoughts

Whether you are recording demos at home, practicing quietly at night, running direct to front-of-house, or simply want a no-fuss amp tone ready at all times, the EarthQuaker Devices Easy Listening remains one of the most fun and inspiring pedals to drop this year.

And the Chuck’s Blusive Edition?
It makes the whole thing even sweeter.
