The Behringer PRO VS MINI is a portable 5-voice hybrid synthesizer inspired by the original Prophet VS sound engine. Featuring 16 vector oscillators with 128 waveforms, four morphing oscillators per voice, an analog 24 dB low-pass filter, a 16-step sequencer, arpeggiator, and studio-grade effects, the PRO VS MINI packs extensive sound-design capabilities into a compact instrument that can easily travel in a backpack or gig bag.

Faithful Vector Synthesis with Modern Features
The PRO VS MINI recreates the distinctive vector synthesis approach of the original Prophet VS while bringing the concept into a compact modern format. Its wavetable synthesis engine provides 128 waveforms, while the joystick allows all four oscillators to be mixed and morphed in real time for evolving textures, pads, leads, and experimental sounds.
Firmware Version 2.0
Firmware Version 2.0 expands the PRO VS MINI with 5-voice polyphony for richer chords and harmonies. The update also enhances the arpeggiator with Hold mode, which keeps the pattern running after the keys are released, and Chord mode for creating harmonies from selectable chord sets. Portamento adds smooth pitch glides between notes, while new Ensemble and Reverb effect engines expand the onboard processing options.
The update also includes an improved DCA model for cleaner sound and more precise volume dynamics, along with an additional collection of factory presets.
Analog Filter and Flexible Sound Shaping
The hybrid architecture combines digital vector oscillators with an analog 24 dB low-pass filter for hands-on tonal shaping. Dedicated envelopes for the filter, amplifier, and oscillator mixer provide detailed control over the evolution of each sound, while two powerful LFOs can modulate filter and oscillator tuning parameters.
Sequencing and Arpeggiation
A built-in 16-step sequencer makes it easy to create repeating musical patterns directly from the instrument. The arpeggiator provides three patterns along with Hold and Chord modes, giving performers additional options for generating rhythmic lines and instant harmonies.
Compact and Portable
With 27 touch-sensitive keys and USB Type-C power, the PRO VS MINI is designed for music creation almost anywhere. It can be powered from a compatible smartphone, power bank, or computer, making it suitable for compact studios, mobile setups, and portable synth rigs.
