Mint or Open Box: The item may have been opened and tested but has been repackaged. The original packaging may have superficial issues but the item itself and any originally included accessories are in perfect, like new condition.
Display Model: These items are so cool that we put them on display in our legendary shop. The condition is brand new as received from the manufacturer with manufacturer warranty. Rest assured, these items undergo a very careful inspection before shipping.
Demo: These items have been on our sales floor for demo purposes and will likely show signs of use. The original packaging may no longer be included, but you can be assured that you are receiving an awesome item and an awesome price.

Extend Four Balanced Audio or DMX Channels Over CAT Cable with the Hosa DNX-345M XLR-over-CAT Extender
The Hosa DNX-345M XLR-over-CAT Extender provides a simple way to carry four channels of balanced analog audio, AES3 digital audio, or DMX lighting data over a single shielded CAT cable. Designed with four 3-pin male XLR connectors, the DNX-345M is intended for the destination end of a system, where it can feed the female inputs of a mixer, amplifier, processor, or other compatible equipment.

One Box for Audio, AES3, and DMX
The DNX-345M can carry multiple signal types over the same shielded CAT infrastructure. Use it for four channels of balanced mic- or line-level analog audio, AES3 digital audio between compatible devices, or DMX512 lighting data between controllers and fixtures.
Pure Analog Signal Path
When used for analog audio, the signal remains entirely in the analog domain. The straight-wire connection from XLR to RJ45 introduces no digital conversion, processing latency, or intentional signal coloration, providing a transparent extension of the connected source.
Simplified Long-Distance Cabling
Instead of running a bulky multi-channel snake, the DNX-300 Series allows four balanced channels to travel over a single shielded CAT cable. This makes it suitable for temporary venue runs, touring systems, structured wiring, stage-to-FOH connections, breakout rooms, studios, and installed AV applications.
Destination-End Male XLR Configuration
The DNX-345M features four male XLR connectors and is designed for the destination end of a complete run. Its outputs can connect directly to the female inputs of mixers, amplifiers, processors, or other compatible equipment. For a complete point-to-point run, pair it with the DNX-345F female extender at the source end and connect the two units using a shielded CAT5e or higher cable.
