Mint or Open Box: The item may have been opened and tested but has been repackaged. The original packaging may have superficial issues but the item itself and any originally included accessories are in perfect, like new condition.
Display Model: These items are so cool that we put them on display in our legendary shop. The condition is brand new as received from the manufacturer with manufacturer warranty. Rest assured, these items undergo a very careful inspection before shipping.
Demo: These items have been on our sales floor for demo purposes and will likely show signs of use. The original packaging may no longer be included, but you can be assured that you are receiving an awesome item and an awesome price.

About The Volume Control
The included Volume Control is a non-destructive, plug-and-play add-on for single-source passive internal transducer systems such as the Pure Pickup, FanTaStick, Twin Spot, or Big Twin. It allows you to conveniently adjust your output level right from the instrument while maintaining the natural tone of the pickup.
For best performance, the device you plug into (preamp, amplifier, or mixing board channel) should have an input impedance of around 1 Mega Ohm. If the input impedance is significantly lower or higher (for example 100 Kilo Ohms or 10 Mega Ohms), you may notice a reduced control range (from “full volume” to “off” within about one-third of the rotation) or, in more extreme cases, a slight hum when the potentiometer is at its middle position. This is a normal behavior of passive potentiometers used with piezo-based pickups. At full-on or full-off settings, the system remains noise-free, and many players simply use the Volume Control as an extended on/off or quick mute switch.
