New: The item is brand new as received from the manufacturer with a full manufacturer warranty. Instruments such as guitars, snare drums, drum kits, brass and woodwind instruments may be opened for photography and quality control inspection and may not be in a factory sealed box.
Mint or Open Box: The item may have been opened and tested but has been repackaged. The original packaging may have superficial issues but the item itself and any originally included accessories are in perfect, like new condition.
Display Model: These items are so cool that we put them on display in our legendary shop. The condition is brand new as received from the manufacturer with manufacturer warranty. Rest assured, these items undergo a very careful inspection before shipping.
Demo: These items have been on our sales floor for demo purposes and will likely show signs of use. The original packaging may no longer be included, but you can be assured that you are receiving an awesome item and an awesome price.

The 2020 Jason Richardson Artist Series Cutlass is the latest collaboration between the award-winning Ernie Ball Music Man design team and the multitalented virtuoso guitarist and composer Jason Richardson. Featuring innovative design characteristics engineered specifically for Jason's exacting technique, the Richardson Artist Series Cutlass offers unique features and aesthetics that will give players a fresh look at one of Music Man's most popular models.
Crafted For Speed, Tone, and Feel
This 2020 Jason Richardson Artist Series 7 string Cutlass guitar features a translucent alder body with a figured burl top in the new Rorschach Red finish that is highlighted with natural 3/16th inch wood binding, gloss finish, and gold hardware. It is a perfectly balanced lightweight double-cutaway body design, allowing unparalleled access to all 24 medium jumbo frets. Additionally, the roasted maple neck is hand-shaped with a shallow neck carve for very fast playability. Hand-selected body and neck woods are sustainably sourced from our network of hardwood suppliers around the world. Alder, burl, and maple are individually chosen and matched for their beautiful appearance and rich tonal qualities.
