The Native Instruments Traktor Z1 MK2 is an ultra-compact DJ mixer controller and audio interface designed for hands-on control of Traktor Pro 4. Its dual-layer workflow provides access to all four Traktor decks, while dedicated 3-band EQ, Stem controls, channel faders, crossfader, Mixer FX, OLED displays, and pre-listening controls put essential mixing functions directly at your fingertips. With an integrated 24-bit/96 kHz audio interface and a compact portable design, the Z1 MK2 is built for modular DJ setups at home, on the road, or in the booth.

Four-Deck Control in a Compact Format
The Z1 MK2 uses dual-layer functionality to provide control over all four Traktor decks from a compact two-channel-style surface. Switch between decks at the press of a button while retaining direct access to EQ, filters, track levels, effects, and monitoring controls.
EQ and Stem Control
Each channel provides traditional 3-band EQ control for high, mid, and low frequencies. When working with Traktor Pro 4 Stem separation, the same workflow can be used to adjust individual Stem volumes for drums, bass, instruments, and vocals, allowing precise live remixing and track reconstruction.
Three OLED Displays
Three OLED displays reduce the need to constantly look at a laptop by showing essential information directly on the controller. Available information includes EQ and Stem parameters, Mixer FX selections, mixing information, and the master output meter.
Nine Mixer FX
The Mixer FX section provides one-knob control over nine effects that can be applied individually to each channel. Available effects include Filter, Reverb, Dual Delay, Noise, Time Gater, Flanger, Crush, Dotted Delay, and Barber Pole.
Pre-Listening and Level Control
Dedicated headphone controls allow DJs to adjust pre-listening volume and balance between the cue and master signals. Channel faders, a crossfader, and easy-to-read VU meters provide immediate hands-on control for smooth blends and transitions.
Visual Performance Feedback
The Z1 MK2 includes a light-based notification system that provides important performance information, such as when a track is nearing its end or currently running in a loop. Ambient lighting and button-group colors can also be customized to make different functions easier to identify.
Traktor Pro 4 Included
The Z1 MK2 includes Traktor Pro 4 with flexible beatgrids, high-quality Stem separation, iZotope Ozone Maximizer, Pattern Player, studio-grade effects, synchronization tools, and four-deck mixing capabilities.
Expandable Modular Workflow
The compact Z1 MK2 can serve as the foundation of a larger modular Traktor setup. Additional controllers such as the Traktor X1 or F1 can be added when more hands-on control of loops, cue points, effects, or Remix Decks is needed.
