New: The item is brand new as received from the manufacturer with a full manufacturer warranty. Instruments such as guitars, snare drums, drum kits, brass and woodwind instruments may be opened for photography and quality control inspection and may not be in a factory sealed box.
Mint or Open Box: The item may have been opened and tested but has been repackaged. The original packaging may have superficial issues but the item itself and any originally included accessories are in perfect, like new condition.
Display Model: These items are so cool that we put them on display in our legendary shop. The condition is brand new as received from the manufacturer with manufacturer warranty. Rest assured, these items undergo a very careful inspection before shipping.
Demo: These items have been on our sales floor for demo purposes and will likely show signs of use. The original packaging may no longer be included, but you can be assured that you are receiving an awesome item and an awesome price.

StroboVUE boasts a high-definition LCD screen with a variable-color LED backlight. The user-selectable colors can be customized for personal preference or optimized for visibility in different ambient lighting conditions. Colors can also be assigned to stock or user presets, reducing menu navigation time and providing greater confidence when tuning on stage.
StroboVUE incorporates an Always-On Buffered Output, designed to boost instrument signal and prevent tone loss in signal chains with multiple low-impedance pedals or long cable runs. Its buffered output mode preserves sonic quality across the entire instrument range, keeping your tone intact.
With over 100 exclusive Sweetened Tunings™ and numbered Guided Tuning presets, StroboVUE supports a wide variety of instruments and playing styles. Sweetened Tunings, exclusive to Peterson, are designed to correct inherent tuning issues found in many instruments. Guided Tunings display numeric string values instead of traditional note names, ensuring intuitive, accurate, and fast re-tuning for open and alternative tunings. These were created for both beginners exploring alternate tunings and experienced players who switch tunings frequently. Numerically expressed scales are also included.
Top-Mounted Jacks
Power, USB, and Input/Output jacks are all conveniently placed on the top of the StroboVUE. This space-saving design maximizes pedalboard real estate and makes setup easier, even on the most crowded boards.
We All VUE Color Differently
The LCD display on the StroboVUE is easy to see in bright lighting conditions but the LED backlight color is user-adjustable to suit your particular viewing preference.
Globally change the display color for all functions or choose to associate colors with specific tunings for easy and quick identification at the gig.
Create custom colors on Peterson Connect or use any of the 10 preset colors to organize your preset tuning list.
Pure Buffered Output
Running a large pedalboard or extended cable lengths can sap your tone.
StroboVUE solves this with its Pure Buffer circuit, designed to maintain signal integrity from guitar to amp. By preserving high-end detail and preventing signal loss, the Pure Buffer ensures your sound remains transparent, consistent, and true.
