Mint or Open Box: The item may have been opened and tested but has been repackaged. The original packaging may have superficial issues but the item itself and any originally included accessories are in perfect, like new condition.
Display Model: These items are so cool that we put them on display in our legendary shop. The condition is brand new as received from the manufacturer with manufacturer warranty. Rest assured, these items undergo a very careful inspection before shipping.
Demo: These items have been on our sales floor for demo purposes and will likely show signs of use. The original packaging may no longer be included, but you can be assured that you are receiving an awesome item and an awesome price.

The Waves IONIC 16 is a 16-input / 12-output SoundGrid stagebox designed to deliver punch, clarity, and flexible control for live sound applications. Built to integrate seamlessly with the Waves eMotion LV1 live mixer, IONIC 16 features Waves Signature Preamps, discrete analog circuitry, optional harmonic enhancement, and a rugged 2U rackmount chassis for professional stage and touring use.

Waves Signature Preamps
At the heart of IONIC 16 are Waves Signature Preamps, designed with fully discrete analog circuits for high headroom, fast transient response, and an extremely low noise floor. These preamps are built to handle a wide range of live sound sources while maintaining a clean, punchy signal.
True Studio Sound on Stage
IONIC 16 gives users the option to add rich harmonic enhancement on each input using analog-modeled HMX harmonic enhancement. The enhancer can be turned on or off per channel, allowing engineers to choose between a neutral preamp tone or added analog-style warmth depending on the source.
Crystal Clear Outputs with Extra Headroom
With 12 powerful line outputs and two independent headphone outputs, IONIC 16 is designed for stage wedges, in-ear monitor systems, PA feeds, and other live sound routing needs. Selectable 18 dBu or 24 dBu output levels provide flexibility for different system requirements.
Seamless eMotion LV1 Integration
IONIC 16 connects directly into Waves eMotion LV1 systems for efficient setup and control. The IONIC control panel is available from the LV1 device rack, allowing engineers to adjust preamp and output parameters directly from the mixer.
Flexible Mic Input Response
The analog input impedance selector allows users to choose between classic 2k ohms and modern 7k ohms impedance settings. This gives engineers additional control over microphone interaction and source character.
