Display Model: These items are so cool that we put them on display in our legendary shop. The condition is brand new as received from the manufacturer with manufacturer warranty. Rest assured, these items undergo a very careful inspection before shipping.
Demo: These items have been on our sales floor for demo purposes and will likely show signs of use. The original packaging may no longer be included, but you can be assured that you are receiving an awesome item and an awesome price.

Crafted from premium cherry wood, the exclusive DW Performance series shell pack available at Chuck Levin's delivers remarkable natural projection, enriched with slightly darker tones. Its articulate responsiveness rivals that of its maple counterparts. The pack includes 8- x 10-inch and 9- x 12-inch mounted toms, a 14- x 16-inch floor tom, and an 18- x 22-inch bass drum. Notably, all but the bass drum feature perfect 45-degree bearing edges, ensuring consistent contact with DW-branded Remo drumheads, maximizing resonance and providing a punchy impact.
This Performance series pack is equipped with high-quality hardware suitable for reliable rhythmic performance in any musical scenario. Notable features include stylish turret lugs, low-mass die-cast claw hooks, suspension tom mounts, and True Pitch tension rods. The limited-edition Black Sparkle finish adds an extra layer of visual appeal.
Cherry wood, known for its denser nature, brings a highly projective quality and a slightly darker tonality to the shells. Despite this darkness, the wood maintains vibrancy and articulation. The cherry-plied shells offer excellent attack and capture the nuances of your playing style with a smooth and richer tonal delivery. Constructed using DW's revered HVX shell plying process, all shells feature Performance series-standard 45-degree bearing edges, except for the 60-degree edges of the bass drum. The 45-degree edge ensures balanced contact with the drumhead, allowing the shells to exhibit greater natural sustain and deliver each strike with a lasting punch.
In addition to its unique tone, this Performance series shell pack boasts robust hardware. DW's iconic turret lugs, paired with dedicated True Pitch tension rods, ensure consistent tension even under the stresses of constant play. Features like low-mass die-cast claw hooks and graduated triple-flanged hoops provide exceptional weight relief and a naturally more open tone. The inclusion of DW's acclaimed suspension tom mount system on each tom ensures prominent and resonant sound for each mounted tom.
